fix(captain): translate response_format to text.format on Codex proxy

Sem isso o Codex devolvia texto puro e o reaction_emoji do JSON
estruturado nunca chegava ao ResponseBuilderJob — quebrava a
ferramenta de reagir mensagens com emoji.
