* feat(mailer): add i18n support for all transactional emails with pt-BR translations
- Create Liquid i18n filter (LiquidFilters::I18nFilter) exposing I18n.t() as `t` filter
with interpolation support via positional args
- Replace hardcoded English strings in all 26 Liquid email templates with i18n keys
- Replace hardcoded English strings in all 5 Devise ERB email templates (OSS + enterprise)
with t() calls, using raw output (<%==) to prevent HTML-encoding of apostrophes
- Translate all mailer subjects to use I18n.t() for locale-aware rendering
- Add comprehensive pt-BR translations for all transactional emails
- Add SSO-specific i18n keys for enterprise confirmation instructions
- Fix ApplicationRecord#to_drop to walk STI hierarchy (e.g. SuperAdmin -> UserDrop)
* fix: address CodeRabbit review feedback
- Use _html suffix for Devise translation keys to prevent XSS while
keeping apostrophes unencoded (Rails escapes interpolations automatically)
- Replace hardcoded English in SLA templates with full_body i18n keys
- Fix _target="blank" typo to target="_blank" in attachment links
- Add i18n for tiktok_disconnect subject and create liquid template
- Extract brand_name to private method in AccountNotificationMailer
* fix: address round 2 review feedback

## Description
This PR includes,
1. **Channel-specific formatting and menu options** for the rich reply
editor.
2. **Removal of the plain reply editor** and full **standardization** on
the rich reply editor across all channels.
3. **Fix for multiple canned responses insertion:**
* **Before:** The plain editor only allowed inserting canned responses
at the beginning of a message, making it impossible to combine multiple
canned responses in a single reply. This caused inconsistent behavior
across the app.
* **Solution:** Replaced the plain reply editor with the rich
(ProseMirror) editor to ensure a unified experience. Agents can now
insert multiple canned responses at any cursor position.
4. **Floating editor menu** for the reply box to improve accessibility
and overall user experience.
5. **New Strikethrough formatting option** added to the editor menu.

As part of PR [#11622](https://github.com/chatwoot/chatwoot/pull/11622),
we intentionally hide CSAT survey URLs from agents in the dashboard to
avoid exposing those links internally. However, email replies being
external communications to contacts should still include the survey
URLs.
We missed handling that specific case for email channels. All other
external channels like WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, etc., were already
working correctly and continue to include the survey URLs as intended.

- Automate the deletion of accounts that have requested deletion via
account settings.
- Add a Sidekiq job that runs daily to find accounts that have requested
deletion and have passed the 7-day window.
- This job deletes the account and then soft-deletes users if they do
not belong to any other account.
- This job also sends an email to the Chatwoot instance admin for
compliance purposes.
- The Chatwoot instance admin's email is configurable via the
`CHATWOOT_INSTANCE_ADMIN_EMAIL` global config.
