This PR migrates the legacy OpenAI integration (where users provide
their own API keys) from using hardcoded `https://api.openai.com`
endpoints to use the configurable `CAPTAIN_OPEN_AI_ENDPOINT` from the
captain configuration. This ensures consistency across all OpenAI
integrations in the platform.

- Updated `lib/integrations/openai_base_service.rb` to use captain
endpoint config
- Updated `enterprise/app/models/enterprise/concerns/article.rb` to use
captain endpoint config
- Removed unused `enterprise/lib/chat_gpt.rb` class
- Added tests for endpoint configuration behavior

- Properly escaped the `]` character in the regex pattern to follow Ruby
regex syntax standards

Fixes notification display issues when user or team names contain emojis
and special characters. Previously, mention notifications would show
URL-encoded characters instead of properly formatted names with emojis.

When users delete the Linear integration from their Chatwoot dashboard,
the access token remains valid in Linear's system. This causes the
integration to still appear as connected in Linear's UI, even though
it's been removed from Chatwoot. Users need to manually disconnect from
Linear's side to fully remove the integration.

## Problem
When the Slack workspace has many channels (requiring multiple API
requests to fetch all of them), our system was only looking for private
channels in the first batch of results. All subsequent batches were
missing the instruction to include private channels, so they only
returned public channels.
## Root Cause
- Initial API call correctly specified `types:
'public_channel,private_channel'`
- Pagination loop only passed `cursor` parameter, omitting `types` and
`exclude_archived`
- Subsequent pages defaulted to public channels only

use token-based authentication, Linear recommends OAuth2 authentication.

The Slack `files.upload` API endpoint is deprecated and will stop
functioning on March 11, 2025. In this PR, we have implemented the
changes for the [new file
upload](https://api.slack.com/messaging/files#uploading_files) method.
Skip calling the Slack file upload API for message types such as
fallback (e.g., Facebook and location messages) that lack actual file
data in attachments. This prevents unnecessary API calls and resolves a
Sentry error currently occurring in production.

Since we download the GeoIP database during worker/server initialization, there is a high chance of spamming the server with too many requests for downloads, especially if the number of web and worker nodes is high. This PR provides the ability to specify a custom URL for the GeoLite database download, configurable via an environment variable. The Inboxes::FetchImapEmailsJob is designed to fetch the entire email object and check if its message id is already in the database. However, this process is resource-intensive and time-consuming, as fetching the full email object takes a significant amount of time.
On average, fetching 100 emails can take approximately 3-4 minutes to complete depending on the IMAP server. Since we are not using server flags to identify which emails have already been fetched (to avoid compatibility issues with flags in different email services), we have to fetch all previously available emails. Currently we fetch all the messages that were created from yesterday. This becomes problematic with services like Gmail, which throttle requests based on bandwidth usage.
To address this issue, I have updated the logic as follows:
Fetch the sequence IDs of all the mails in the "Inbox" that were created from yesterday.
Use the FETCH command to fetch only the message-ids using BODY.PEEK[HEADER.FIELDS (MESSAGE-ID)] with the sequence IDs we got in the previous step. This is a faster operation with lower bandwidth usage, as it only returns the sequence ID and message ID.
Check if the message IDs are already present in the database for the selected inbox.
If not present, fetch the entire email object using the FETCH command and create the message.
If the message ID is already present, ignore it and move on to the next message-id.
I have also addressed the issue of duplicate emails appearing in conversations when two fetch email jobs occur simultaneously. I have added a lock for the channel to ensure that the job gracefully exits without waiting for the current job to complete.
