This PR updates the meta description in `vueapp.html.erb` to use the dynamic installation name, replacing the previously hardcoded "Chatwoot" brand. **Motivation:** This change allows self-hosted instances to display their own branding in meta descriptions, improving customization and SEO for custom installations.
