Bug: expand_spec retornava [{}, errors] no erro mas só {hash} no sucesso.
Destruturação 'expanded, errors = expand_spec(...)' deixava errors=nil
→ errors.any? → undefined method any? for nil.
Fix: extraído build_expanded_hash + sucesso retorna [hash, []].
