#### **Cause**
Chart tooltip configuration was using outdated Chart.js structure,
causing the time formatting function to not be applied correctly to
tooltip values in time-based metrics.
#### **Solution**
Updated tooltip configuration to use correct Chart.js Vue 3 plugin
structure
