This PR adds sending custom HTML content in outgoing email messages
through Chatwoot's Email channels, while maintaining backward
compatibility with existing markdown rendering.
### API Usage
**Endpoint:** `POST
/api/v1/accounts/{account_id}/conversations/{conversation_id}/messages`
